摘要
欧盟是当今食品安全管理体系最为完善的地区之一,特别是欧盟建立了完善的食品中残留监控管理体系。本文研究了欧盟关于蜂蜜食品安全法规、抗生素残留限量的沿革、对第三国进口蜂蜜残留的监控等管理体系,结合我国现行相关标准,提出了完善我国蜂蜜抗生素残留监控体系的措施建议。
The European Union is one of the most improved area of today's food safety management system, in particular the European Union has established a perfect food residue monitoring and management system.Study on the honey food safety regulations of the European Union ,the evolution of antibiotic residue limits ,the monitoring and management system of honey residue imported from the third country, et al. Combined with our current relevant standards, proposed measures to improve our honey antibiotic residues monitoring system recommended.
