摘要
通过采用碱木素与硫化钠高压共热,将碱木素中的甲氧基转化为酚羟基,使碱木素中苯环的反应活性增大,酚羟基的邻位易与甲醛发生羟甲基化反应,同时将对氨基苯磺酸钠引入其中,提供了具有减水作用的官能团,制得了类氨基磺酸盐型减水剂。其减水率高、缓凝作用强、保坍性能好、对混凝土增强效果显著。
By heating alkali lignin and sodium sulpide at high pressure in the text,methoxyl group from alkali lignin was translated into phenolic hydroxyl which improve activity of benzene ring in alkali lignin,methylolation reaction took place between ortho-positjon of phenolic hydroxyl and formaldehyde easily, and meanwhile amino benzene sulfonic acid sodium was introduced which offered functional group with the water reducing effect. So superplasticizer similar to ASP was made which with high water reducing rate,high retarding effect,good keep nbility of the slump of concrete and good enhancement effect to concrete.
