摘要
知识服务是高校图书馆变革发展的必由之路。本文分析了高校图书馆在知识服务的理论研究和实践发展中的成绩与局限,介绍了TED模式及其成功因素,希望能为国内高校图书馆开展知识服务拓展思路。
The knowledge services are the only high-road for the success of university librarieg transformation. The paper analyzes the achievements and limitations of the implementations of knowledge services in university libraries, by the introduction of TED mode and the success analysis, wish to bring in some new ideas for the domestic university libraries on implementing knowledge services.
