摘要
针对传统的双PI控制方法在对无刷直流电机进行控制时动态响应差,抗干扰能力低等局限性,不能够满足高精度要求的无刷直流电机应用场合的问题,提出了将伪微分反馈次变量(PDFSV)控制方法应用于无刷直流电机的双闭环调速系统之中,利用Simulink库中的SimPowerSystem Toolbox构建了具有PDFSV速度环控制器的调速系统仿真模型,分别在阶跃负载和简化的旋转离心水泵负载对象下进行仿真,优化了相应的速度、转矩曲线;仿真结果表明PDFSV控制方法与传统的双PI控制方法相比,系统超调量小,转速响应快,具有更好的鲁棒性和很强的抗干扰能力。
In the paper,a control strategy called Pseudo Derivative Feedback Subvariable(PDFSV) control was proposed to apply BLDCM speed regulation system,a PDFSV controller was designed,and the control performance was simulated with the SmPowerSystem Toolbox in Simulink environment.During the simulationm,the corresponding speed and torque curvewas were concluded respectively in step load and simplified rotating centrifugal pump load, The simulation results show the performance is better than traditional PID control,especially in aspects of overshoot and speed response,the system has better robustness and stronger anti-interference ability than the traditional PI control algorithm.
