摘要 文章以安徽涡北煤矿8203机、风巷为研究对象,较为详细地介绍了深厚极松散沿底煤巷支护中的几个关键技术,不仅具体而详细地分析了关键技术的作用机理,而且进行了相关现场实验,论证了极松散煤层巷道中锚杆和双抗布良好的作用效果,强调了"金属支架+锚杆+双抗布"复合支护结构的综合效应。该项支护技术的成功应用不仅改变了该矿同煤层同类巷道反复修复的状况,而且因此实施技改,将相邻采区合二为一,产生了巨大的经济效益。 Based on a conveyor and ventilation gateway of No. 8203 coal mining face in Anhui Guobei Mine as a study object, the paper in detail introduced the several critical technologies applied to the support of the gateway along the floor of the deep thick ultra loose seam. The paper not only in detail analyzed the functional mechanism of the critical technologies, but relevant site experiments were conducted to verify the good functional effects of the bolts and the double proof cloth applied to the gateway in the ultra loose seam. The paper stressed the comprehensive effect of the " metal supports + bolt + double proof cloth" complex support structure. The successful application of the support technology not only changed repeated repair status of the similar gateways in the same seam of the mine, but the technology reconstruction implemented could combine tow neighboring miming blocks as one and great economic benefits were obtained.
