摘要
轮胎活络模具是进行轮胎硫化的必需场所,在进行轮胎硫化前必须对轮胎模具进行温模,以使轮胎活络模具型腔内部温度达到轮胎硫化条件。现建立了1188壳体9.00R20轮胎活络模具的三维模型,利用ABAQUS有限元模拟软件对三维模型进行传热模拟分析,得到温模过程中轮胎模具型腔壳体内部的温度场,并据此提出相应改进方案,在不影响模具预热时间的效果和应力许可的情况下,改变模具结构从而提高模具的材料利用率,减少模具加工工时,从而达到降低模具生产成本的目的。
The tyre loose mould is a necessary place for tyre vulcanization. The tire mould must be heated before the tire vulcanization in order to make the type mould' s temperature to the vulcanization conditions. The 3d model of the 1188 shell 9. 00 R20 tire die is established and analyzed for heat transfer by the ABAQUS finite element simulation software. Then the temperature field of tire mould in the process is gotten and the corresponding improvement scheme on the basis of the result is put forward. In the case of no affect the mould preheating time and stress, the mould structure is changed in order to improve the material utilization and reduce the processing time as to the production cost.
