摘要 目的探讨精益管理在门诊服务品牌建设中的意义。方法在门诊服务品牌建设中引入精益管理,把以病人为中心、服务质量持续改进和细节创新的理念体现在对门诊患者服务的全过程。结果精益管理有助于优化门诊服务流程,改善服务模式,提升服务水平,提高患者满意度,最终促进服务品牌建设。结论精益管理是一种先进的管理模式,在门诊人性化服务品牌建设中引入精益化管理理念,能够让先进的管理理念成为一种文化,成为一种内在动力,从而推动门诊服务品牌建设,促进医院可持续发展。 Objectives: Discuss the significance of employing lean management in the brand building of outpatient service.Methods: Introduce lean management into outpatient service brand building process,and embody the concepts of patient-as-center,continuous quality improvement and innovation of details in the whole process of outpatient services.Results: Lean management was helpful for optimizing outpatient service flow path,ameliorating service mode,improving service quality,and enhancing patient satisfaction,which eventually promoted service brand building.Conclusions: Lean management is an advanced management model.It can transform the advanced management concept to a culture and an inner power to introduce it into the process of building the outpatient service brand of humanistic service,and can hence promote brand building and spur the hospital's sustainable development.
