摘要
人口老龄化和居民生活方式的改变,使我国的糖尿病患病率呈迅猛增长之势。提高糖尿病患者的自我管理能力和健康教育,可预防糖尿病或延缓并发症的发生。糖尿病专科护士可在预防糖尿病或延缓并发症的发生起到重要作用。本文论述了糖尿病专科护士发展状况,在糖尿病患者自我管理中的作用,应对她们进行系统化理论和实践培训。
The aging of population and changes of citizens＇ life styles have largely increased the prevalence rate of Diabetes Mellitus（DM） in China.Better self-management and health education can prevent DM or postpone its complications.DM-specialized nurses can play an important role in the process.This paper elaborated the development of DM-specialized nurses and their role in DM patients＇ self-management.It is necessary to provide systematic training in both theory and practice for them.
