摘要
目的:全面了解和反映石菖蒲化学成分,从中枢神经系统、心血管系统、消化系统、呼吸系统等方面对其药理作用作一综述,并就作用有效成分、毒性、存在问题进行探讨。方法:查阅分析中国生物医学文摘数据库(CBMdisc)和CNKI-中国期刊全文数据库(CJFD)等文献数据库和相关文献资料。结果:石菖蒲化学成分复杂,以挥发性成分研究较多;α、β-细辛醚是挥发油发挥作用的有效活性成分;对各系统作用广泛,但有关作用机理的研究还存在不足,并有致癌的报道。结论:有必要对石菖蒲非挥发性成分及其毒性开展进一步研究,以合理的指导临床用药。
Objective:To understand and reflect the chemical compositions of Acorus tatarinowii Schott,the review article is regarding pharmacological actions in the central nervous system and the cardiovascular system and the digestive system and the respiratory system and so on.It also discusses the active components and toxicity and problems.Methods:The related documents of China Biological Medical Digest Database(CBM disc),CNKI(Chinese Journals Full Text Database)and related literatures were analyzed.Results:The chemical components of Acorus tatarinowii Schott were complicated,there were lots of studies on volatile components;the active components of volatile are α、β-asarone;it is important to all kinds of systems,there are still many insufficient researches on mechanism of action,there is a report on it which can contribute to cancer.Conclusion:It is necessary to study further on its non-volatile components and toxicity so as to guide the clinical medication.
