摘要
目的构建医务人员职业暴露防护体系,为医院内职业暴露与安全防护管理提供科学依据。方法通过职业暴露防护制度保障体系、职业暴露防护措施落实体系和职业暴露追踪体系的构建,探索职业暴露的危险因素、监测方法及相应的防治对策。结果通过防护体系的建立、实施,不断健全职业暴露的各种防范、干预制度,规范报告,提高医务人员安全防护意识及暴露后应急防范与处理能力,有效降低职业暴露发生率和漏报率。结论加强医务人员职业防护与安全教育,规范医疗操作行为,落实标准预防,逐步完善医院职业暴露的防护体系,能有效预防和减少职业暴露的发生,对确保医务人员职业安全至关重要。
OBJECTIVE To construct an occupational exposure protection system for the medical staff so as to provide a scientific basis for the safe management of the occupational exposure in the hospital.METHODS Through the occupation exposure protection system,occupation exposure protection system,implementation measure system and the occupation exposure tracking system,the risk factors for the occupational exposure,monitoring methods,and the corresponding countermeasures were explored.RESULTS By the occupational exposure protection system and the establishment of implement,the prevention and intervention system for the occupational exposure,and the standard report of occupational exposures,the consciousness of safety and protection of the medical personnel was improved,the false negative report rate as well as the incidence of the occupational exposure was effectively reduced.CONCLUSIONIt is of great significance for the occupational safety of the medical personnel to strengthen the education of occupational protection and safety,to standardize the prevention,and to gradually perfect the protection system for the occupational safety.
