摘要
目的研究个性化系统化孕期保健教育对新生儿的影响。方法将440例在天津市河北区妇幼保健院进行体检及分娩的孕妇,根据干预自愿原则随机分为两组,实验组进行个性化系统化的孕期保健教育,对照组未进行以上干预。观察记录两组孕产妇分娩方式、新生儿出生体质量等情况,并进行对比分析。结果实验组自然分娩率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.509,P〈0.05)。实验组新生儿出生情况中巨大儿、低出生体重儿及窒息新生儿均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ^2值分别为5.833、0.431、21.084,均P〈0.05)。结论个性化、系统化孕期保健教育能帮助孕产妇全面掌握围产期保健知识,促进孕妇自然分娩率的提高,降低高危儿童的出生率。该干预有利于提高出生人口素质,值得大力推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized and systematic hygienic education during pregnancy on neonatus. Methods Based on their own free will, 440 pregnant women who bore babies in Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Hebei District were randomly divided into 2 groups: test group receiving personalized and systematic hygienic education, and control group without intervention. Delivery mode and neonatal birth weight of two groups were recorded for comparison. Results The rate of natural delivery of test group was significantly higher than that of control group (χ^2 = 10. 509 ,P 〈 0.05). In the test group the incidence of macrosomia, low birth weight and asphyxia was lower than the control group, and the differences were significant (χ^2 value was 5. 833,0.431 and 21. 084, respectively, all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Personalized and systematic hygienic education during pregnancy can help pregnant women to comprehensively grasp health care knowledge on perinatal period, promote nature childbirth and decrease the rate of high risk infants. This kind of education is helpful to improving the quality of newborns, and it is worth popularizing.
