普通补片在前盆腔悬吊术中应用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察普通补片在前盆腔悬吊术中的应用效果。方法选取2010年2月至2011年8月使用前盆腔悬吊术治疗的60例患者为研究对象。实验组30例,术中使用普通补片裁剪的网片;对照组30例,使用美国强生公司的prolife前路网片。观察两组患者平均手术时间、治疗舒适度及术后并发症等情况。结果观察组平均手术时间明显低于对照组(80.09±25.17min VS 93.36±27.85min,t=2.01,P〈0.05);观察组术后补片侵蚀和局部炎症的发生率均为3.33%,对照组两种情况的发生率均为26.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.71,P〈0.05);观察组术后膀胱过度活动症的发生率明显低于对照组(3.33%VS30.00%,χ^2=7.68,P〈0.05)。观察组患者术后盆腔脏器脱垂定量分期(POP-Q)明显优于对照组(χ^2=6.29,P〈0.05)。结论普通补片裁剪的网片可以有效缩短手术时间,提高患者术后舒适度,减少术后并发症,更加适合我国前盆腔悬吊术患者。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of ordinary patch in anterior pelvic suspension. Methods Sixty cases of patients with anterior pelvic suspension were selected in the study from February 2010 to August 2011. The experimental group included 30 women treated with ordinary patch, and the control group included 30 women treated with anterior mesh patch from American Johnson & Johnson. The mean operating time, patients' comfort and complications were compared between two groups. Results The mean operating time of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group (80.09 ±25.17min vs 93.36 ± 27.85min, t = 2.01, P 〈 0.05 ). Both the patch erosion and local inflammation rate in experimental group were 3.33%, and they were 26.67% in control group. The differences were significant (χ^2 = 4.71,P 〈 0.05 ). The incidence of overactive bladder in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (3.33% vs 30.00% ,χ^2= 7.68,P 〈 0.05 ), and the pelvic organ prolaps quantitation (POP-Q) in experimental group was better than that in control group (χ^2 = 6.29, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Ordinary mesh patch can effectively shorten surgery time, improve the effect of treatment and reduce postoperative complications, which is more suitable for Chinese oatients with oelvic susoension.
