摘要
从病死鸭肝中分离到1株革兰氏阴性细菌WX1株,经形态学特征观察和16SrRNA基因、DnaB基因检测,鉴定为鸭疫里默氏杆菌;经玻片凝集试验鉴定为血清1型。WX1株对10日龄樱桃谷鸭的半数致死量大于1010 CFU,接种樱桃谷鸭后,只在接种后第12小时能从血液中分离到少量接种菌,表明WX1株为一株自然弱毒株。WX1株的OmpA序列测定及分析结果显示,其氨基酸同源性及其蛋白质分子质量大小与不同血清型的鸭疫里默氏杆菌强毒株存在一定的差异。
One Gram-negative strain, WXl,was isolated from a sick Cherry Valley duckling. The strain was identified as Riemerella anatipestifer by morphological characteristics and PCR detection of 16 S rRNA and DnaB gene. It belonged to serotype 1 by slide agglutination test. The animal challenge experi ment showed that the median lethal dose(LD50) of strain WXl was more than 10l^10 CFU to 10-day-old Cherry Valley ducklings. In addition, the bacteria loading analysis in the blood of WX1 challenged ducklings showed that there were only a small amount of bacteria at hour 12 post inoculation. The results indicated that WX1 strain was a natural avirulent strain. Moreover, there were some differences in the amino acid ho mology of OmpA and the protein molecular weight among WX1 and other virulent R. anatipestifer strains from different serotypes.
