摘要 便携式近红外光谱检测仪具有携带方便、检测速度快、不破坏样品和现场检测等优点,正越来越广泛地应用于水果的产后加工和质量评判中。本文介绍了便携式近红外水果内部品质检测仪的原理及组成,总结了国内外最新研究及应用进展,提出了便携式近红外光谱检测仪的发展方向。 Portable near infrared spectrometer has the advantages of convenient carrying,fast and non-destructive detection,and on-site detection,and is widely used in post-harvest processing and quality control of fruit.Principle and composition of portable near infrared spectrometer for detecting fruit internal quality was introduced.The advanced progress of research and application at home and abroad was summarized.Finally,the development and trend of portable near infrared spectrometer for detecting fruit internal quality was put forward.
