摘要
根据MOLDFLOW在设计过程中用到的参数,采用正交实验的方法,确定了最佳的工艺组合,同时找出对翘曲变形影响显著的因素,并对这些影响显著因素的取值进一步优化,从而实现注塑件翘曲变形的优化.实验证明,通过这种方法优化后的制品的翘曲变形是最小的,优化效果非常好.
Now optimization of plastic-parts warpage with CAE technology is a topic of con- cern. This paper optimizes this problem, the optimum composition was determined by or- thogonal experiment, and significant factors of warping effect were found, then the warpage is reduced by optimizing these parameters. Experiments prove that the effect on optimiza- tion of warpage is very good.
