黄芪多糖对克氏原螯虾生长和非特异性免疫指标的影响 被引量:27

摘要 研究了饲料中不同添加浓度的黄芪多糖(0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%)对克氏原螯虾生长和非特异性免疫指标的影响。结果表明,在0 d、2 d、4 d、6 d、8 d、12 d、16 d、20 d,不同浓度组的克氏原螯虾增重率(RWG)及特定生长率(RSG)的变化规律符合修正的高斯模型(R2=0.999 9);当黄芪多糖的添加浓度为0.40%~0.75%时,实验虾的增重率、特定生长率达到最大值,分别为37.13%±7.75%和1.57%±0.28%;不同添加浓度的黄芪多糖对克氏原螯虾蜕壳数NM的影响符合对数模型(R2=0.9976),实验组与对照组的蜕壳数有显著差异(P<0.05),体重增长有极显著差异(P<0.01)。非特异性免疫指标检测发现,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)随黄芪多糖浓度变化差异不显著(P>0.05);黄芪多糖浓度对溶菌酶(LSZ)的影响极显著(P<0.01)。本实验表明,黄芪多糖对克氏原螯虾的生长和非特异性免疫具有明显的促进作用,建议黄芪多糖在饲料中的最适添加浓度为0.40%~0.80%。 This experiment researched the effects of Astragalus Polysaccharide (APS) on the growth and non- specific immune parameters of Procambarus clarkii, with different additive concentrations (0%, 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.8%). Results showed that, 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 20 d, weight gain ratio (Rwz) and specific growth ratio ( RSG ) of the crayfish fitted the modified Gauss model well ( R2 = 0. 999 9 ). At the concentration of 0.40% - 0.75% , RWG and RsG reached the maximum values of 37. 13%±7.75% and 1.57% _+ 0.28% respectively. Curve of crayfish molt count (NM) was consistent with the log normal model ( R2 = 0. 997 6 ), with significantly different between experimental and control groups ( P 〈 0.05 ), and weight gain was also significantly different ( P 〈 0.01 ). Non-specific immune parameters of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and acid phosphatase (ACP) changed with APS isn't significantly (P 〉 0.05 ), but APS influenced the lysozyme (LSZ) significantly (P 〈0.01 ). It was indicated that APS could effectively promote the growth and non-specific immunity of crayfish. In addition, the suitable additive concentration was 0.40% - 0.80%.
