Detection of animal-derived ingredients in edible vegetable oils by PCR method

摘要 针对目前国家标准无法鉴别食用植物油是否掺入动物油脂的问题,尝试用PCR法测定植物油中动物源性成分,鉴别是否掺入动物油脂,为食用植物油监管,特别为治理在食用植物油中掺入地沟油的非法行为提供技术支持。 Since there is no national standard method to detect the animal -derived ingredients in edible vegetable oil,polymerase chain reaction(PCR) method was attempted to be used to determine the animal - derived ingredients in edible vegetable oil in order to distinguish if it was adulterated. The newly devel- oped method provided technical support for supervision of edible vegetable oil, especially the oil adultera- ted with restaurant waste oil.
