AM菌对高山红景天植株生长及根腐病的影响 被引量:3

摘要 2~4年生高山红景天植株上接种AM菌的结果,不同AM菌处理对高山红景天2~4年生植株株高生长没有促进作用,但高山红景天植株分株数和鲜根重明显增多,其中,摩西球囊霉和根内球囊霉处理的高山红景天分株数和根鲜重最多,且它们之间没有显著性差异。在盆栽灭菌和田间不灭菌条件下,4种AM菌根真菌对高山红景天根腐病均有防病作用。其中弯丝球囊霉对高山红景天根腐病的防病作用最强,盆栽灭菌条件下防治效果为62.67%,田间不灭菌条件下防治效果为53.08%;其次为根内球囊霉。 The function of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal on biennial to four annual Rhodiola sachalinensis was determined. No improvement of different AM fungi on plant height of biennial to four annual Rhodiola sa chalinensis was observed. Nevertheless, the ramets and fresh weight were obviously increased. Among these, number of ramets and fresh weight of Rhodiola sachalinensis treated by Glomus mosscac and Glo- mus intraradices were higher than those treated by other AM fungi, but not significantly different. In pot with sterilized and field with unsterilized soil, all the four AM fungi revealed functions of preventing root rot of Rhodiola sachalinensis. Among the four AM fungi,Glomus sinuosa had the highest preventive effect of root rot of Rhodiola sachalinensis with 62.67% in the pot test with sterilized soil and with 53.08% in the field test with unsterilized soil, followed by Glomus intraradices.
