摘要
民办本科院校必须培养应用型人才,这是其成长经历和客观环境使然。培养应用型人才,需要走出重道轻器、仿照惯性、急于求成等误区。建立应用型人才培养体系,在培养方案的制订上宜采用课程组群思路、模块化思路;并建立产学研结合的实践教学体系;同时在制度上予以保障。以"有无应用型人才培养意识及能力"区分教师层次,制订相应方案培训教师,建立应用型师资队伍。
Determined by their growth and objective conditions,private higher education institutes are oriented towards training applied talents.Such orientation requires avoiding mistakes of ignoring skills while emphasizing theories,inertial imitation,and rushing for quick results etc.Firstly,it is necessary to formulate a curriculum of training applied talents under the thought of course clustering and modularizing.Secondly,it is necessary to establish a practical training curriculum combining production,teaching and research,and to institutionally guarantee its implementation.Moreover,necessary to classify the teaching staff in accordance with consciousness and abilities of training applied talents,thus to formulate plans of training teachers so as to build a faculty of training applied talents.
