摘要
对低品位含铼复杂钼精矿进行氧压分解、萃取工艺研究。考察反应时间、氧分压、球磨时间、液固比等因素对钼转化率和溶出率的影响。结果表明,在230℃、反应时间2.5h、氧分压600kPa、液固比6的条件下氧压分解,钼转化率可达到98%以上,溶出率为20%左右。氧压分解液采用分步萃取法回收钼、铼,铼萃取率和反萃率分别达到97%和99%以上,钼萃取率和反萃率分别达到99%和97%以上。
Rhenium-bearing complex molybdenum concentrate was oxygen pressure leached and solvent extracted.The effects of reaction time,oxygen partial pressure,ball-milling time and ratio of liquid to solid on molybdenum conversion and dissolution were investigated.The results show that molybdenum conversion rate is above 98%and molybdenum dissolution rate is about 20% under the conditions including temperature of 230℃,reaction time of 2.5h,oxygen partial pressure of 600kPa,and ratio of liquid to solid of 6.Molybdenum and rhenium are solvent extracted from pressure leaching solution.The extraction and stripping ratio of rhenium are over 97% and 99% respectively,and the extraction and stripping ratio of molybdenum are over 99%and 97%.
