摘要
高校毕业生在就职初期面临着来自家庭、工作等各方面的压力,影响身心健康,降低工作效率。研究表明高校毕业生在就职初期可能遇到53种压力源,可归为家庭、个体、工作、组织4类因素。各种压力源对不同人口变量的就职初期毕业生影响各异,男毕业生受家庭因素影响大,女毕业生受组织因素影响大,农村毕业生压力高于城镇毕业生,工作第二年的毕业生压力高于第一、第三年。应该从毕业生自身、高校及用人3方面努力以应对高校毕业生的压力源。
University Students in their Early Careers are facing stresses from the family,work and other aspects.Without proper countermeasures,the stresses may cause a variety of physical and mental diseases,reduce the efficiency of work,and may lead to more social problems.We developed by interviewing 53 stresses that university graduates on the early career may counte,which can be attributed to four kinds: family,individual,organization and work.We surveyed a questionnaire from university graduates in the early career and found those stresses had important impacts on the graduates,and the male graduates were much impacted by family factors while the female by organizational factors,graduates from rural areas were influenced much more than ones from urban areas,and graduates worded in the 2nd year were impacted much more than ones in their 1st and 3rd year.And we suggest that the graduates,university and company work together to cope with the stresses.
