摘要
应用三维CFD技术、遗传算法和人工神经网络优化技术相结合的叶轮优化设计方法,对小流量系数离心压缩机叶轮进行优化设计。研究结果表明:拓宽小流量系数叶轮流道轴向宽度以达到减小边界层堵塞效应和采用载荷分布更加均匀的叶片型线可以显著提高离心压缩机小流量系数叶轮的气动性能。
By combining the three dimensional CFD,genetic algorithm and artificial neural network,the optimization design for the centrifugal impeller with low flow coefficient are conducted.The results show that the widening of the axial width of the impeller can slight the boundary blockage effect,and the use of mildness load of impeller blade can significantly improve the performance of centrifugal compressor impeller with low flow coefficient.
