摘要 提高农作物的抗寒性具有重要的现实意义,文中综述了渗透调节物质对提高植物抗寒能力的作用原理以及有关基因导入植物的研究进展,包括导入甜菜碱基因、脯氨酸基因、海藻糖相关基因等,并指出了研究中存在的问题及可能的解决策略。 Improving cold-resistance of agricultural crops has important practical significance. The principle of improving the cold-resistance of plants with osmoprotectant were reviewed, as well as research advances of related genes transferred into plants, including betaine gene, proline gene, trehalose gene and so on. The existing problems in the research and possible solutions were pointed out.
