摘要
[目的]探讨适宜勋章菊(Gazania regins L.)扦插生根的基质,为勋章菊扦插移栽提供理论依据。[方法]以勋章菊品种‘星白’和‘红纹’为供试材料,采用50孔穴盘进行扦插,探讨7种不同扦插基质对勋章菊扦插生根、基质成团情况的影响。[结果]2个品种在不同基质中生根率、根长、根数结果不尽相同。基质方面,权衡生根率、生根量、根长及基质成团情况4个方面,以100%园土:砻糠=1∶2(V∶V)为基质,‘星白’和‘红纹’扦插效果均较好,且生根率在80%以上。此外,‘星白’在以100%园土∶砻糠=1∶1(V∶V)、100%园土∶砻糠=3∶1(V∶V)中相差不大,与100%园土∶砻糠=1∶2(V∶V)相比相应指标稍差。‘星白’和‘红纹’在以100%砻糠为基质上的生根率、生根量、根长等均较差,生根率在50%左右。[结论]100%园土:砻糠=1∶2(V∶V)可作为勋章菊品种‘星白’和‘红纹’扦插生根的基质,考虑到节约成本等,100%园土∶砻糠=1∶1(V∶V)、100%园土∶砻糠=3∶1(V∶V)也可作为勋章菊品种星白的代替基质。
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the suitable cutting rooting substrates for Gazania regins L. , and provide a theoretical basis for its cutting and transplanting. [ Method] Taking “Xingbai ”and “lqongwen ”cultured in fifty-hole plugs as test materials, the effects of seven sub- strates on rooting of cuttings and substrates grouping were determined. [ Result] The results showed that rooting rates, root length and number of the two cultivars in different substrates were not the same. From substrates aspect, taking rooting rates, root length, root number and substrate- shaping as consideration, when choosing 100% garden soil: plant ash (1:2) in volume as substrates, “Xingbai ”and “Hongwen ”grew well, and their rooting rates were more than 80%. Besides, as respect to “Xingbai ”growth condition, there were no significant differences between 100% garden soil : plant ash ( 1 : 1 ) and 100% garden soil : plant ash (3:1 ) in volume, and their relative indexes were less than 100% garden soil : plant ash( 1: 2) in volume. What's more, in 100% plant ash, rooting rates, rate number and length of “Xingbai ”and “Hongwen ”were poor, and their rooting rates were only 50% more or less. [ Conclusion] 100% garden soil: plant ash (1: 2) in volume can be used as the cutting rooting sub- strates of “Xingbai ”and “Hongwen. considering the cost, 100% garden soil : plant ash ( 1: 1 ) and 100% garden soil : plant ash ( 3:1 ) in volume are also can be used as the alternative substrates ”for Xingbai .
