摘要
毕业生党员组织关系是高校党员管理的重要环节,本文具体分析了目前毕业生党员组织关系管理工作中出现的问题及原因,从加强对各级党组织的建设,加强对高校党务工作者的培训,严把发展关口、加强教育管理以及构建"内外双循环"的长效管理机制等四个方面提出对策。
