摘要
社会责任管理已经呈现全球化趋势,成为重要的管理课题。而这一课题在我国,特别是在公立医院管理中还处于理论研究缺乏、实践有待丰富的初级阶段。通过对公立医院加强社会责任管理重要性、必要性的初步分析,提出公立医院社会责任管理应具有的主要内容,同时提出公立医院加强社会责任管理的几点意见。
Currently,social responsibility management has shown a trend of globalization,and has become an important issue in management.And yet in our county,especially in regards to the management of public hospitals,it is in the early stage,lack in both theoretical research and practical application.Drawing on preliminary analysis of the necessity and importance of improving social responsibility management in public hospitals,the author proposed the main points that social responsibility management in public hospitals should concern and outline several suggestions on how to improve social responsibility management of public hospitals.
