摘要
为了获得对三硝基甲苯(TNT)红水中有机物能有效富集的材料并研究其富集机理,通过对层间为碳酸根的MgFe层状双氢氧化物(MgFe-LDH)煅烧制备了镁铁氧化物复合物(MgFeO),而后在TNT红水中重构实现了对TNT红水中有机物的富集。并且MgFeO在以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)、对甲苯磺酸(PTS)、TNT水溶液为TNT红水模拟水中重构,研究其对有机物的富集机理。结果表明,TNT红水中有机物浓度越高,每克煅烧产物对TNT红水COD去除量越大,在研究范围内最高达到58 mg/g,且有机物疏水程度越高,越易于被富集,有机磺酸盐的长链结构有利于被富集,但此类物质强的表面活性会使重构产物表面形成FeOOH相。
To prepare materials capable of accumulation of organic in TNT red water and study the mechanism,Mg and Fe oxide complexes(MgFeOs) were prepared from Mg-Fe layered double hydroxide(MgFe-LDH) with CO32-in the interlayer via calcinations.The organic in TNT red water was accumulated successfully via regeneration of MgFeO in TNT red water.Meanwhile,MgFeO was used to regeneration LDH in sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS),p-toluene sulfonic acid(PTS) and TNT solution which are the simulated water of TNT red water.The results confirm that the COD removal of per kilogram of MgFeO is enhanced with the increase of organic concentration in TNT red water and ultimately reaches 58 mg/g.Besides,hydrophobic materials and organic ions with longer chain can be accumulated easily.But the hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of long chain sulfonate or sulfate contribute the formation of FeOOH phase in the process of regeneration.
