摘要
目的:探讨COX-2在口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)组织中的表达及意义。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library、Embase、PubMed、CNKI、VIP、万方、CBM等数据库,按照纳入与排除标准选择研究文献,并对文献进行异质性检验,以病例组及对照组比值比(OR值)为效应评价指标,然后应用Meta分析RevMan5.0.1软件对各研究原始数据进行系统评价。结果:共有19篇病例对照研究纳入研究,其中病例组945例,对照组243例。Meta分析结果显示COX-2在OSCC及正常口腔黏膜(normal oral mucous,NOM)组织中的表达差异有统计学意义(OR=24.19,95%CI=12.42~47.11,P<0.00001)。结论:COX-2高表达可能在OSCC的发生、发展中起重要作用,这对于OSCC的早期诊断、治疗具有重要参考意义,但目前尚无证据证明能将其作为判定口腔鳞癌预后的独立因素。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of COX-2 in the organization of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods: The Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,CNKI,VIP,WanFang and CBM databases were searched for such as COX-2 and OSCC-related Case-control study.Revman5.0.1 software was adopted to test for heterogeneity of the selected research literature and analyze the correlation of COX-2 and OSCC by calculating OR and 95% CI.Results: A total of 19 case-control studies were included in the study,the case group(OSCC group) was 945 cases and in the control group(NOM) was 243,the Meta analysis of results showed that the expression difference of COX-2 in OSCC and normal oral mucosa(NOM) tissue was statistically significant(OR=24.19,95%CI=12.42~47.11,P0.00001).Conclusion: The high expression of COX-2 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of OSCC,which has an important significance for the early diagnosis and and treatment of OSCC,but the evidence is not yet as an independent factor to determine the prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
