摘要
运用MG-2000型高速高温摩擦磨损试验机,研究了载荷和转速对长期在高载荷、高转速条件下工作的烧结机台车用铸铁材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,并分析了相应的磨损失效机理。结果表明,在相同运行时间内,随着载荷和运行转速的增加,材料的摩擦系数减小,磨损量增加。不同条件下的磨损失效机理主要有多次塑变磨损、疲劳磨损、粘着磨损以及微观断裂磨损机制。
The tribology and wear-resistant properties of the cast iron materials for sintering machine trolley, which works in a high pressure load and rotational speed, were evaluated using MG-2000 high-speed and high-temperature friction and wear tester. The results show that the friction coefficient reduces and the wear mass loss increases with the increase of pressure load and rotating speed in the same running time. The wear mechanisms of the cast iron materials mainly are repeated plastic deformation wear, fatigue wear, adhesive wear and micro-fracture.
