苯磺酸氨氯地平对老年高血压患者左室舒张功能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察苯磺酸氨氯地平对老年原发性高血压患者血压及左心室舒张功能的影响。方法记录132例轻、中度老年高血压患者的左心室质量指数(LVMI),服用苯磺酸氨氯地平12周前后的各项超声指标〔二尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度Ea及其与晚期运动速度Aa比(Ea/Aa)值,左心房结构参数(LAVI),左心房收缩功能参数(LAEF值)〕及其SBP、DBP数值。结果①苯磺酸氨氯地平降压总有效率为78%;②服用苯磺酸氨氯地平12周治疗后,二尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度Ea及其与晚期运动速度Aa之比(Ea/Aa)值均明显升高,左心房结构参数(LAVI)及左心房收缩功能参数(LAEF)值均明显降低。结论苯磺酸氨氯地降压效果明显,同时能明显改善左心室舒张功能。
