摘要
电动汽车以可再生清洁的电能为动力,克服了传统内燃机汽车的环境污染和资源短缺问题。变速传动机构作为自动变速器的重要组成部分,它的参数和结构对电机的寿命、电动汽车的续驶里程和动力性能等都有很大的影响。本文基于行星齿轮系理论,拟定出一款两档电动汽车用变速器设计方案,并设计出了一种既满足电机特性又满足道路行驶要求的电动汽车用两档自动变速器的传动系统。
This topic is about electric vehicles with two gears automatic transmission of transmission system design. Electric cars overcome traditional internal combustion engine of ear environmental pollution and resource shortage with the renewable-clean power for power .Variable speed transmission mechanism as an important part of the automatic transmission, its parameters and structure have big effect on the life of the motor, electric car driving range of mileage and dynamic performance and so on. In this paper, a design scheme about a two gear used in electric vehicle design transmission is draw up based on the theory of planetary gear trainAnd 2AT the drive system is worked out for automatic transmission which meets both motor characteristics and the requirements of the road electric ear.
