摘要
目的探讨老年慢性支气管炎护理措施。方法对2012年4月至2013年1月间在我院就诊的56例老年慢性支气管炎患者进行相关的护理措施并观察护理效果。结果 56例老年慢性支气管炎患者通过合理治疗配合精心护理,显效的为21例,有效的为32例,无效的为3例,总有效率为94.6%。结论在老年慢性支气管炎患者的治疗过程中配合针对性的个性化护理服务,对于治疗效果以及患者康复速度有着重要意义,值得我们不断提高护理质量和积极推广运用。
Objective To probe into the nursing measures for elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Method The relative nursing measures were made for 56 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis received by our hospital from April 2012 to Jan 2013, and the nursing effect was observed. Result After reasonable treatment and good nursing, 21 eases among 56 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were excellent, and 32 cases were effective and 3 cases were non-effective. The total effective rate was 94.6%. Conclusion In the therapeutic process of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis, the targeted individual nursing has an important meaning for improving treatment effect and rehabilitation speed. So, it is worthy of improving our nursing quality and clinical promotion.
