关节镜微创技术对膝关节骨创伤患者的临床疗效 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察运用关节镜技术对膝关节骨创伤患者的临床疗效。方法将2009年3月至2012年3月在我院治疗膝关节骨创伤的60例患者按照随机的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组运用关节镜微创技术治疗,对照组运用常规开放手术治疗。比较两组患者总体疗效等指标。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,观察组显著优于对照组,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤具有创伤小、患者恢复快、正确愈合率高、感染少、总体疗效好的优点,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the use of arthroseopic knee trauma patients clinical efficacy. Methods Treating knee Wauma in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2012, 60 patients were divided into two groups according to the random method and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group were used arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery, and the treatment of the control group were used conventional open surgery. Compaed two groups of patients overall efficacy indicators. Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in the control group, the total effective rate was 76.67% in the observation group ,which was significantly better than the control group, the results were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment of knee trauma trauma patients recover quickly, correct healing rate, infection the overall efficacy of the advantages of good, it is worthy of promotion.
