钢板结合克氏针内固定治疗经尺骨鹰嘴肘关节骨折脱位 被引量:3

Transolecranon Anterior Fracture Dislocation Fixation Using a Plate and Kirschner Wire Technique

摘要 目的:探讨钢板结合克氏针治疗经尺骨鹰嘴肘关节骨折脱位的可行性及疗效。方法:对2008年8月至2010年12月一期后路采用钢板结合克氏针治疗25例经尺骨鹰嘴肘关节骨折脱位患者。男16例,女9例;年龄19-58岁,平均40.3岁。结果:23例患者得到随访,平均随访14个月,3例患者出现肘关节异位骨化,按Mayo标准评定肘关节功能,优7例,良13例,可3例,优良率达86.9%,所有患者对伤肘功能恢复状况表示满意。结论:一期后路采用钢板结合克氏针是治疗经尺骨鹰嘴肘关节骨折脱位安全有效的手术方法。 Objective: To investigate the clinical application of the plate and Kirschner wire technique in treating transolecranon anterior fracture dislocation. Methods. From August 2008 to December 2010, 25 cases of transolecranon anterior fracture dislocation were treated with the plate and Kir- schner wire technique. There were 16 males and 9 females with an average age of 40.3 years (range, 19-58 years). Results: Twenty-three cases were followed for an average of 14 months, and among them, three cases developed heterotopic ossification in the elbow. Based on Mayo El- bow Performance Index Score,outcomes showed excellence in 7 cases, 12 cases were effective, 3 cases were improved. All of the 23 cases were satisfied with the function of elbows. Conclusion: The plate and Kirschner wire technique treating transolecranon anterior fracture dislocation is easy to be performed with promising result.
