摘要 为了提高液滴法空心玻璃微球 (HGM)的化学稳定性 ,以络合方式在玻璃溶液中引入Al3 +使形成的HGM玻璃中Al2 O3 含量达 1.5 %mol,升高液滴炉精炼区温度至 140 0℃ ,加大炉内轴向抽气速率至 6~ 7cm/s(2 5℃ ,0 .10 1MPa) ,制备出直径 45 0~ 5 5 0 μm、壁厚 0 .8~ 1.5 μm的HGM ,并依次用 90℃的 0 .5MNH4 F + 0 .1MHNO3 水溶液、热水和丙酮漂洗HGM 5min、2次 ,将HGM暴露于大气 ,测试表面出现斑点的时间和表面粗糙度的变化 .结果表明 ,HGM表面出现斑点的时间由 5d推迟到 2 0d ,且表面粗糙度变化减缓 . Presents the process of adding Al 2O 3 up to mole ratio of 1.5% is introduced into HGM by complexing Al 3+ into glass forming solution, and fabricating HGM with different oxide ratios and outer diameter of 450~550 μm and wall thickness of 0.8~1.5 μm at higher fusing temperature of 1 400 ℃ and axial rate of purge gas up to 6~ 7 cm/s(25 ℃、0.101 MPa), and then washing the newly made HGM with 0.5MNH 4F+0.1MHNO 3 at 90 ℃, hot water and acetone for 5 min and twice, and then exposing the HGM to ambient air to trace the out surfaces by microscope and atomic force microscope (AFM) and concludes that the emerging of spots on the outer surfaces is delayed from 5 days to 20 days and the roughness increase rate is slowed down, and this shows that the chemical stability of the HGM is increased dramatically.
