摘要
对船用氨冷凝器换热管内、外传热机理以及海水对常用金属材料的腐蚀形式进行了分析,确定换热管的结构尺寸及材料。改进后的氨冷凝器能够满足船用制冷系统的特殊要求,达到了提高热效率及延长使用寿命的目的。
Tube internal and external heat transfer mechanism of marine ammonia condenser are analyzed, the size and structure of tube is determined. The improved ammonia condenser was content with requirement of marine refrigeration system, heat exchange efficiency is arisen, service life is increased.
