摘要
针对传统冷轧管机停机上料、机械式回转送进机构故障率高、不易维修的问题,采用交流伺服电机代替传统机械回转送进机构,采用电子凸轮实现多轴同步的方法,提高了冷轧管机轧制速度、精度,同时降低了设备故障率。
The use of ac servo system instead of traditional mechanical transfer back into the tube cold rolling mill has become the trend , this paper introduces the cold rolling mill of the electrical system , applied to communication protocols, of servo system is mainly introduced hardware configuration , design of electronic CAM curve, and the adjustment of the servo motor.
