摘要
根据钢厂实际方坯铸机的工况条件,通过对连续矫直原理的分析,运用Visual Basic编写了方坯连铸机拉矫辊列设计程序,计算得到了连续矫直的辊列坐标及铸坯表面及固液相界面的应变率及应变速率,为大方坯连续拉矫机辊列设计提供参考。
A Continuous straightening roll design program using Visual Basic has been developed according to the principal of continuous straightens and actual working condition. The coordinates of the unbending roll, bloom surface, strain and the strain rate of the solid/liquid interface during the continuous straightening are obtained, which provides a reference of bloom continuous straightening roll alignment design.
