GO/CHIT复合物修饰的电化学传感器对土壤中镉和铅的同时测定

摘要 通过改进的hummer法制得氧化石墨,再经过热膨胀和超声剥离得到氧化石墨烯(GO),将其与壳聚糖(CHIT)混合后修饰到玻碳电极上用于对重金属Pb,Cd离子进行检测.实验结果表明,该传感器灵敏度高,制备及操作简便.将其用于土壤中Pb,Cd离子的检测,结果令人满意. This oxide graphite is obtained through the improved Hummer method.The heavy metals Pb and Cd ion are tested through the glassy carbon electrode modified by GO / CHIT composites and the Graphene Oxide(GO) nanoparticles synthesized through thermal expansion and ultrasonic dispersion to strip graphite oxide films into distilled water.The results show that the sensor is of high sensitivity,with simple preparation and operation.The determination of Pb and Cd ion in soil is satisfactory.
