摘要
关于农村土地承包经营权流转问题的研究很多,诸多研究中形成的主要共识有八个方面,存在的分歧也有八个方面.这表明土地承包经营权流转在实践和理论层面都是比较复杂的,因此研究该问题时要注意其特殊性和适用性.
There is a lot of study on rural land contractual management right circulation.Both consensus and objection exist in eight sides.This shows that rural land contractual management right circulation in both reality and theory is very complicated.When we discuss this problem we should pay attention to the particularity and applicability.
