摘要
介绍了建筑工程造价预结算审核的范围,并对工程造价预结算审核中存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了相对应的处理方法,以期通过科学全面的预结算审核,达到有效控制项目造价的目的。
This paper introduced the audit scope of construction cost pre-settlement,and analyzed the existing problems in project cost pre-estimation audit,put forward corresponding processing methods,in order to through scientific and comprehensive pre-settlement audit,achieved the objective to effectively control project cost.
