摘要
随着智能电网、物联网等新技术和新概念的提出,针对我国电力营销中存在的不足以及电力部门与客户相互之间交互过少的问题,分析了一种以互动化智能终端为核心的电力营销方案。该智能终端基于嵌入式处理器STM32和μC/OS-II操作系统,利用通用分组无线服务技术和射频识别技术进行开发,设计了RFID、RS485、红外、GPRS四个通信模块。实验结果表明,实现了预期目标,系统投入使用将会大大提高电力部门的人性化管理水平和服务水平,满足客户的需求。
With the new technology and new concept of smart grid and Internet of Things put forward,aiming at the problem that mutual interaction between sector and customers is very seldom in our country power marketing,this paper analyzes a power marketing scheme with interactive smart terminal as the core.Based on embedded processor STM32 and μC/OS-II operating system,this paper designs the RFID module,the RS485 module,the IR module and the GPRS module of smart terminal using general packet radio service technology and radio frequency identification technology.Experimental results show that the anticipated goal was achieved,and the system greatly enhances the humanized management level and service level of the electric power sector,meeting customer demands.
