摘要
超氧化物歧化酶是一类专一清除超氧阴离子自由基的金属酶,是生物体内重要的抗氧化酶,在食品、化妆品及医药领域都有广泛的应用,本文对其在不同领域中的应用做一综述。
Superoxide dismutase （SOD）, metalloenzymes that play a pivotal role in catalyzing removal of superoxide anion radical, is a kind of important antioxidant enzymes in vivo. It has been generally applied in food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical field. This review briefly introduces the application of SOD.
