摘要
任何一种教育形式都不可能脱离时代而特立独行,任何教育活动或概念的产生亦都有其深刻的社会背景与历史原因。三十年前,中国以"成人教育"替代"工农教育",就是为了解决"文革"期间因普通学校的关闭而出现的大量文盲与半文盲问题。三十年后,社会秩序持续稳定,学校运作正常,尤其是伴随终身教育理念的普及与深入之际,成人教育遭遇新的危机与挑战,它的存废或转型也受到了人们的强烈关注。本文聚焦当今时代背景下成人教育面临的严峻问题与考验,同时就其未来发展趋向及如何克服危机并完成自身改革转型提出建议。
Any kind of educational form can not be out of time and independent, and any educational activity or con- cept also has its profound social background and historical reasons. Thirty years ago, China switched from "education for workers and peasants" to "adult education", in order to solve the closure of the ordinary schools during the "Cul- tural Revolution", which resulted in a large amount of illiteracy and semiliterate. Thirty years later schools returned to normal operation in a stable social order. With the popularization of lifelong education concept, adult education has faced new challenges, whose transformation also received people's strong concern. This article focuses on the serious problems and challenges of adult education in the current situation. Meanwhile, it put forward proposals on how to o- vercome the crises and complete reform transformation of adult education with respect to its future development trend.
