为解决变频技术在加载试验台上的应用,采用交流变频回馈式智能加载装置对采煤机各部件进行各项加载试验。重点介绍试验系统的组成,试验原理,加载特点。加载试验台的研制成功,使采煤机达到出厂检验要求,不仅有效避免井下安全事故,而且节约了能源,具有推广价值。
In order to solve the application of variable frequency technology on loading test bed, introduces the composition, test principles and loading features of test system in details. The AC variable feedback intelligent loading device is adopted to do each loading test of shearer components. The success research of loading test bed makes shearer meet the requirements of factory inspection, which effectively avoid safe accident at underground mine, also save energy and has promotion value.
