摘要
改革开放后,农民工为中国的经济发展做出了极大的贡献,但随着时代的发展,农民工群体特征发生变化,企业传统的管理模式已无法适应新生代农民工的各种需求。本文分析新生代农民工相比于第一代农民工的变化和需求,并从心理契约的角度探讨企业应该如何转变传统管理模式,重视新生代农民工这一劳动力资源。
Rural migrant workers have made great contribution to the advancement of economy in China since the introduction of reform and opening up. Their community characteristics changed with the development of the times. The traditional management mode of enterprise has not fitted various needs of new generation of migrant workers. This paper analyzes their changes and needs compared with those of the first migrant workers, explores how to shift traditional management mode from the perspective of psychological contract and attaches importance to new generation of migrant workers as labor resources.
