摘要
在关节臂式坐标测量机的众多误差源中关节转角误差是影响其测量精度的主要因素之一。采用D-H方法,建立了关节臂式坐标测量机的测量模型和转角误差模型。运用MATLAB仿真技术对关节转角误差分布进行仿真研究。基于仿真结果给对测量精度影响较大的关节转角所处的关节选用高精度的圆光栅编码器,经计算证实这样做可以显著提高关节臂式坐标测量机的精度。
In many error sources of articulated arm coordinate measuring machine, the joint angles error is one of main factors in influencing its measurement precision. On the basis of Denavit Hartenberg notation, a mathematical model and joint angles error model for articulated arm coordinate measuring machine was built. Using the simulation technology of MATLAB to simulate the error distribution of joint angle. On the basis of the simulation results, through calculation confirmed that choose the high precision gratings encoder to the joint whose angles have more errors can significantly improve the measuring machine precision.
