摘要
齿轮"分扭-并车"传动作为一种新型的功率分流式齿轮传动系统,具有高的减速比、齿轮级数少、能量损伤低、高可靠性、低噪声等优点,功率分流结构的均载技术的研究对提高齿轮传动系统的性能具有重大意义。通过研究航空齿轮减速器"分扭-并车"传动系统弹性扭转均载的工作原理,采用集中质量法建立了动力学模型,并对其进行了动态响应分析。分析了齿轮"分扭-并车"传动的激励参数,通过改变弹性辐板的扭转刚度,来减小齿轮啮合刚度波动和误差激励的影响,使得系统的动载荷分布情况得到很好的改善,从而使传动过程中两条支路的载荷均匀分布,提高齿轮系统的传动性能。
"Split Torque-Combine Power"is a new type of power split type gear transmission system.It has the advantage of high reduction ratio,gear series,less injury,high reliability,low energy,and low noise.Research on load balance technology of power split structure is of great significance to improve the performance of gear transmission system.A dynamic model is established for "Split Torque-Combine Power"transmission system of aerial gear reducer.It is based on theory of elastic torsion load sharing,by means of the lumped mass method.The new dynamic model is introduced to calculate dynamic response of the system and study the excitation parameters of "Split Torque-combine power"transmission system.The distribution of dynamic is modified perfectly by changing torsion stiffness of elastic plate.It makes an excellent solution to improve transmission performance of the"Split Torque-Combine Power"system.
