摘要
碳纤维-钛层间混杂复合材料是一种性能优良的新型结构材料,它综合了碳纤维增强树脂复合材料(CFRP)和钛合金的优点,在航空航天制造业中有着广泛的应用前景。但其孔加工质量差,刀具耐用度低,是其在飞机制造业应用及加工中遇到的主要难题之一。不同加工方法、不同刀具材料、不同钻尖形状、不同钻削顺序对其孔加工质量和刀具寿命的影响各不相同。螺旋铣孔、从钛合金一侧钻入、采用PCD材料或是特殊钻尖顶角硬质合金钻头等工艺,都可以显著改善孔加工质量和刀具寿命。
Carbon fiber-titanium layers composite material is a mixed fine performance type of new structure material,which integrates the advantages of Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastics(CFRP)and titanium alloy,and in the aerospace manufacturing industry,it has a broad application prospect.But the quality of hole processing is poor,and the durability of cutting tools is low.Different processing methods,different tool materials,different shape and different drilling order,pointed to the hole drilling processing quality and the influence of the tool life is different.Spiral milling hole,drilling from one side of the titanium alloy material,PCD drilling or special spire angle carbide drilling,etc,all can improve the hole processing quality and the life of cutter.
