摘要
在水泥工业中,煤炭成本在总生产成本中占有很高的比例,为了实现不同种类、不同性质煤的优势互补,很多水泥生产企业选择以无烟煤与烟煤混合搭配使用来节能降耗。本文对中材国际研发的适用于混煤的燃煤催化剂在华润岩山5000t/d生产线上的工业试验,进行了数据检测及分析,结果表明,使用该催化剂后,吨熟料标煤耗较使用前降低了7.3%,熟料产量增加4.25%,NOX排放量减少7.45%,熟料升重提高了8.46%,节能降耗效果明显,具有显著的经济效益与社会效益。
In the cement industry, the coal cost occupies a high proportion in the total production cost. To realize the eomplemen/ary advantages of different kinds and difl'erent properties of coal, cement companies choose to mix anthracite and bituminous coal for the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. In this paper, an industrial experiment of coal combustion catalyst for mixed coal, which was developed by Sinoma International, was conducted on China Resources Yanshan 5000t/d cement production line. The data and analysis results show thah after the use of this catalyst standard coal consulnption per ton clinker is reduced by 7.3%, clinker prodution is increased by 4.25%, NOx emission is reduced by 7.45% and liter weight of clinker is increased by 8.46% . Its effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is obvious, which has significant economic and social benefits.
